We need you to attend our annual general meeting!


7 pm: Give back to your club and find out about volunteer opportunities. We're a volunteer-driven club, so members make High Park a great club! Sign up for your charter trip tonight, see below.

7:30 pm: Annual general meeting starts 

Complimentary appetizers and snacks will be served from 6:30  pm, with drinks available at a cash bar. 

Location: National Yacht Club, RESTAURANT UPSTAIRS

If you wish to have dinner at the restaurant please come no later than 6:00 pm and mention that you are with HPSC.

This is your opportunity to learn how the club is doing, vote on key matters, find out about plans for the coming snow season and ask questions about your club.

It's important we have a quorum at this meeting so please come out and support your club. If you are unable to attend, please complete the proxy form click here and either give it to a friend who is coming to the meeting or scan or electronically sign, then email to  president@hpsc.ca before 4 pm, Thursday September 29.

Trip Sign-Up Night #1 at annual general meeting

Charter Trips on sale Sep 29:

·       C1 (Cervinia, Italy)

·       C4 (Newfoundland Winter Carnival)

Time: 7:00 PM - 9:30 PM with a pause for AGM business.

Note: You may sign up for these trips on Sep 29 without having pre-registered. Blank application forms will be available.

On-line pre-registration:

Pre-registration for these 2 trips opens Thurs Sep 22, 2016 at 8:00 PM. Login to read the online pre-registration procedures, LONG TRIPS > Trip Sign-Up Procedures for 2017 Long Trips. If you have pre-registered, you MUST bring your application form(s) and payment to this meeting unless you have made other arrangements to send them to the Trip Leader before Sep 29.

Come to the AGM, meet the Trip Leaders, ask questions about your trip, and socialize with fellow club members.

Members - Before You Attend Trip Sign-Up #1:

  • Log in and press on LONG TRIPS > Charter Trips 2017.
  • Press on the trip you wish to registered for, C1 or C4.
  • Understand the options and costs and complete the pre-registration process by paying the $100 deposit.
  • Print the receipt including the description so you have a hard copy.
  • Download and complete the application form. Print and sign 2 copies.
  • Make sure to use the correct form, “Charter Trip Application Form”, NOT ”Overnight Bus Trip Application Form”.

What To Bring To Trip Sign-Up #1:

  • Chequebook &  a pen - all trips may be paid by cheque. Bring enough cheques if you are signing up for both trips.
  • If you are paying for a CHARTER trip by credit card (Visa or MasterCard accepted), you will need to complete the credit card form for the tour operator.
  • Description of trip.
  • Completed application forms. Print and sign 2 copies.
