7:00 pm: Doors will open.  (You may come earlier and enjoy dinner in the National restaurant upstairs. Charter room is downstairs). 

In addition to your one free drink ticket (per pre-registered member), appetizers and snacks will be served.  Drinks will be available for purchase at the bar (debit and credit cards only, no cash). This will give you time to mingle with friends, have a drink and watch the Apres Season Slide show (please submit your pictures in advance). 

7:30 pm sharp: The Election Meeting starts. 

It is important that we have a quorum at this meeting so please come out and support your club. 

If you are unable to attend, please complete the proxy form and either give it to a friend that is coming to the meeting, or scan and then email to president@hpsc.ca before Monday April 16, 2018 at noon.
