Downhill day trips and lessons registration page

How to register: 

  • In the calendar below, click on the trip you are interested in to see the full details.
  • Click the link to register. 
  • The process is quicker if you are already logged into your account (the login button is the top right hand corner of the website).
  • You will be asked about your pick up location, bus and lift ticket options as well as lesson selection.
  • You must read and acknowledge the club waiver during the registration process.
Deadlines for Bus and Drive-up trips
  • Saturday, Sunday and Monday day trip registration closes Wednesday prior at 6pm 
  • Wednesday trip registration closes on the Sunday prior at 6pm 

The day prior to your trip always check the Downhill Day Trip Status page (log into the website first) to make sure the lessons haven't been cancelled due to, for example, weather.

    Important Notes:

    • After registering, if you purchased a lift ticket through the club, go to the following link on the MSLM website and fill out an online form with MSLM: https://mountstlouis.com/groups/register/?id=2052&date=2026-01-03
    • If you purchased a beginner lift ticket, make sure you check the  "Does this person require a beginner lift ticket?" option
    • You must fill out the form by the Thursday prior, otherwise your lift ticket card will not be printed. You will need to pay full price in person plus $17.50 lift card charge.
    • If you have a season pass or have your own lift ticket, you do not need to fill out the online form.
      • If the trip is full, please sign up for the waitlist. With enough people, we will add a second bus.
      • For exact pick up locations and times, please make sure to read the Trip Status email you will receive a couple of days prior to the trip and to read the Trip Status page on the website. 
      • If you need equipment rentals, please go directly to MSLM website to purchase:  https://shop.mountstlouis.com/rentals/


      Prices:

      • Bus $40 (includes hst)
      • Adult lift ticket $88 + hst = $99.44
      • Senior lift ticket $77 + hst = $87.01
      • Beginner lift ticket $64 + hst = $72.32 (only green runs, recommended for Step 1-3)
      • Member Guests $25 plus any other standard costs of a day trip (details here)

        Members may drive to the resort and participate in lessons.  However, they MUST register under this Drive-up event to reserve their lesson slot. If you have not registered for a lesson, you will not be permitted to participate in the lesson.

        This trip registration opens on Thursday, Dec 23 at 12:01am. 

        This trip registration closes on Sunday, Dec 29 at 6pm.

        Drive-ups must purchase their lift ticket on their own through https://mountstlouis.com/

        Please DO NOT go to guest services asking for a group rate lift ticket, those tickets are only available for members taking the bus.

        Once registered for the trip, members will receive an email shortly before the trip with lesson time and meeting place details.
