Free lessons from 80 professionally certified instructors

High Park Ski Club offers free lessons at all levels for all members on all our trips. Our ski (CSIA, CANSI) and snowboard (CASI) instructors are fully certified, guaranteeing you the highest standard of instruction and allowing you to quickly improve your skiing and boarding skills.

Charter Airline Trips & Overnight Bus Trips, 2023-2024 Season

If you see a “Join Waitlist” button instead of the “Register” button, do not think that you have missed out. Go ahead and add your name to the waitlist; there is no cost to do so. We try to accommodate everybody on the waitlists by obtaining more space on each trip.     Trip Type : Downhill Skiing 

    No better way to spend a Saturday than with HPSC at Mount St. Louis Moonstone!

    This trip registration closes on Tuesday, March 19th at 6pm.

    Important MSLM update for 2023-2024 season:

    We will no longer be offering rentals as part of day trip registrations. If you need equipment rentals, please go directly to MSLM website to purchase:  https://shop.mountstlouis.com/rentals/

    IF DRIVING UP, PLEASE REGISTER FOR LESSONS ON THE SEPARATE DRIVE-UP MODULE.

    Important Notes:

    • After registering, go to the following link on the MSLM website and fill out the online form: https://mountstlouis.com/high-park/register/
    • You must fill out the form by the Wednesday prior, otherwise your lift ticket card will not be printed. You will need to pay full price in person plus $5 lift card charge.
    • If you have a season pass, you do not need to fill out the online form.
    • If the trip is full, please sign up for the waitlist. With enough people, we will add a second bus.
    • For exact pick up locations and times, please make sure to read the Trip Status email you will receive a couple of days prior to the trip and to read the Trip Status page on the website. 

    Prices:

    • Bus $35 (includes hst)
    • Adult lift ticket $86 + hst = $97.18
    • Senior lift ticket $75 + hst = $84.75
    • Beginner lift ticket $64 + hst = $72.32 (only green runs, recommended for Step 1-3)

      Lesson Information 

      • You must register for a lesson in advance. If there are no spaces for registration, we have hit capacity.  No drop-in lessons.
      • Lessons are held from 10:30 - 12:00; please join the line up 10 minutes before lesson start time under the clock at the Mount St Louis.
      • Assessments start at 9:50am under the clock at Mount St Louis.
      • Gate training meets at 9:45AM at the top of T-Bar Alley
      • If you have not skied in a season but already know your STEP, go into that STEP (no need to move back a STEP - many skiers are in the same boat!)
      • If unsure of your step level, select "I need an assessment" in the lesson level. Assessment meets at 9:50AM under the clock at Mount St Louis.

      • Mount St. Louis Moonstone is a southern Ontario ski resort located north of Barrie
      • 9 lifts, 3 carpets and 36 runs, from beginner green runs to blacks. There are two sides to this hill (St. Louis and Moonstone), offering a variety of terrain and options for every level of skier and boarder
      • Equipment rentals available

      What's included

      • Morning lessons with a certified ski HPSC instructor
      • Step 1-9 ski lessons (beginner to expert), Mogul Masters
      • Snowboard lessons (beginner, novice, intermediate and advanced)

      Members may drive to the resort and participate in lessons.  However, they MUST register under this separate Drive-up event which are on the Events list. The number of spots in lessons are limited. 

      This trip registration opens on Saturday, March 16th at 7:30pm.

      This trip registration closes on Tuesday, March 19th at 6pm.

      Drive-ups must purchase their lift ticket on their own through https://mountstlouis.com/

      Once registered for the trip, members will receive an email shortly before the trip with lesson time and meeting place details. 

      Lesson Information 

      • You must register for a lesson in advance. If there are no spaces for registration, we have hit capacity.  No drop-in lessons.
      • Lessons are held from 10:30 - 12:00; please join the line up 10 minutes before lesson start time under the clock at the Mount St Louis.  Assessments start at 9:50am under the clock at Mount St Louis.
