Panorama Mountain Resort is a four season destination experience situated in British Columbia's Purcell Mountains. Boasting massive acres of terrain, an intimate village with all the amenities, Canada's largest slopeside hot pools (it's a big deal!) and a huge range of activities. There's nearly 3,000 acres of skiable terrain across 4,000 vertical feet of fall line perfection. The ski area is perfect for many skiers as 75% of the runs are suitable for beginners or intermediates. Think wide open groomers, winding down the fall-line from the summit right to the village base area or to the door of your condo. For black-diamond runs, head to Taynton Bowl. Formerly a heli-skiiing area, Taynton Bowl is now within bounds, so the slopes are patrolled, avalanche controlled and no backcountry gear is needed. Warm up first as the 750 acre bowl is all black runs. It’s a great place to find powder stashes days after a dump.
Accommodation: Upper Village: 1000 Peaks Lodge, two-year-old slope side condominiums. These condos feature an exceptional location in the heart of the upper village area, close to the Panorama Springs Hot Pools & Waterpark. These are some of the resort’s most exclusive lodging and feature fully equipped kitchens, dining room, living room & free wi-fi. Two bedroom units typically have 1 Queen bed and 1 Split King. Some units have 2 Split Kings in each bedroom.
