Winding through lush forest, Georgian Nordic offers great cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails. Georgian Nordic has a rustic lodge with washrooms, but they are encouraging people to use the outdoor washrooms (and we expect our members to support this). They said people can come in very quickly to warm up, however, people will not be able to consume food and drink inside the lodge. So be prepared to spend most of your time outside and to use the bus as the home base (to get ready and store your bags etc.). We recommend that members bring water, snacks, and lunch. There is NO cafe. Given the limited indoor space, we also recommend that members bring a small pack with extra food and dry clothes (socks, mitts, base layers) to ski/snowshoe with. Georgian Nordic offers rental packages (classic skis, skate skis, and snowshoes).
